Brian Brown started B.L. Brown Construction & Excavation, Inc. in 1996 as a two man crew digging footings, sanitary, storm, and water lines for residential contractors.  Over time the company has grown to become an OSHA safe commercial contracting company with revenues of 1.5+ million dollars a year.   We subcontract under general contractors on large projects, and we also general contract site utility and drainage projects on our own. 

We take pride in maintaining employees over a long period of time with little turn over.  In fact, Ryan Milligan, Site Foreman, has been with B.L. Brown since conception.  Other dedicated, long time employees include, Scott Godbey, and Tom Jackson, also Site Foremen.
